The body as instrument
Action roles are cast from measurements but won in the audition room. Adrian maintains year-round fight readiness: certified in rapier, dagger, and unarmed stage combat, with screen training in stunt driving, horse riding, and tactical movement for camera.
A former collegiate rower, he trains five days a week across strength, mobility, and boxing — and can shift fifteen kilos in either direction for a role with supervised nutritional support. Full measurements, costume fittings data, and stunt-double compatibility notes ship with every casting pack.
